Hawksmoor

Hawksmoor is a steak chain that is popular not just in England but around the world. It was named the 23rd best steakhouse on the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants 2025 list, and it sits second in the “Best Chain” category. They really do earn that. The sirloin I tried, with its deep flavour, is among the best pieces of meat I have eaten in a long time. I also liked that they serve the bone marrow both as a dish of its own and in the gravy. You should certainly try their burgers as well. I went to the Wood Wharf branch, but they say there is a separate burger made only for the Air Street one.
