Set inside the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Hakkasan is to my mind one of the best restaurants in İstanbul. It stands out above all for its service, and every plate we tried was original in its own way. You can bring the night to a sweet close with the Hakka dessert platter, which arrives with miniature versions of all the desserts.
