One of Caddebostan's hidden gems, Girandola is an ice cream shop that stands out for its original flavours. Alongside the regular menu they churn a different flavour every day. Mine turned out to be kazandibi, and in a word I loved it. As someone who normally likes eating kazandibi with ice cream anyway, I especially appreciated the idea. You can taste both the kazandibi itself and that faintly burnt, caramelised texture in the scoop.
