Orkun Işıtmak puts his name to the Friends of Orka sauces, and they make a wonderful companion alongside your food. They speak to every palate and really do touch every sense on your tongue. I have tried them all and liked each one in its own way. You can pair the honey barbecue with crispy chicken, the sriracha with grilled salmon, the original with köfte, burgers and chips, and the umami for marinating meat.
