Fiskeriet Youngstorget served me one of the best crab dishes of my life, and it is among the most ambitious seafood places not only in Oslo but anywhere in the world. If you cannot find room at a table, do not be disheartened; eating at the bar is a pleasure in itself. Thank you to my wife Aleyna Özkarakaşlı for finding it.
