With its matchless position, Fairmont has made itself one of the city's favourite hotels. There are Michelin-starred restaurants inside, but this is somewhere you could choose for the breakfast alone. The breakfast room, with its endless spread, looks out over the Mediterranean. Some of the rooms look onto the famous hairpin of the Monaco Grand Prix.
