I have been coming back to Fahri Konsolos at regular intervals since 2021, and it still finds a way to surprise me every time. Every cocktail here is served with its own edible companion on the side. Hearing the stories behind the cocktails from Emir Ali Enç took the experience to a completely different level. I am grateful to him for his hospitality and for giving Istanbul a place as valuable as this. If you live on the European side, you can have a similar experience at Serkonsül.
