Etiler Kebapçı is one of the first places that comes to mind when kebap is mentioned in Istanbul. It is the sort of stop I would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy their kebap in a refined setting. Zahter is not served everywhere in Istanbul, so I was pleased to find it here in the meze called antibiyotik. That meze also sits very well next to their lahmacun, which comes loaded with isot. On my visit I had the karışık kebap, but if I went again I would choose the Adana Kebap and the Kestane Kebap (diced lamb marinated in milk). The şalgam they make themselves goes beautifully with the food.
