Em Sherif, where Lebanese and Mediterranean cooking meet, is one of the most enjoyable places to eat in Abu Dhabi. Everything I tasted here, the bread included, has stayed with me. You can feel an original and refined touch in every plate on the menu. The Fattet Kraydis, which brings together yoghurt, prawns and künefe, has settled near the top of the most impressive seafood starters I have ever eaten. To accompany the food, I would suggest trying arak, a traditional drink very close to rakı in Turkish culture.
