Edmondo is one of the first addresses that comes to mind when Italian cooking is mentioned in this city. The portions are so large that a single starter can be enough for two people. I loved their carpaccios. Of the signature dishes, the mafaldine with truffle really has to be tried. If you like a negroni, I would suggest the Lambrusconi, their frothy version made with olive oil. To get a table you have to book two or three weeks ahead. As an alternative, Pellicano, which belongs to the same group, is also worth considering.
