One of the more enjoyable pizza places in İstanbul, Dough Hood stands out for its atmosphere as much as for its food. This is a place that blows something close to an American breeze through İstanbul, and its Detroit style pizzas are what set it apart. There are plenty of original options on the menu, but the Jr. Pan Peps, with its balanced flavour and crisp base, became my favourite.
