People always say that industrial estates hide restaurants full of good food, but I did not expect this kind of cooking from a restaurant opened by the industrial estate itself. The restaurant of the Demirtaş Organize Sanayi Bölgesi (DOSAB) serves traditional dishes exactly as the recipes ask, in an elegant setting. It has a full menu built around kebabs, but my favourite will always be the Urfa lahmacun. To finish, I would suggest the sütlaç, again baked in the stone oven.
