One of the best döner shops in İstanbul, Dönerci Serkan Usta uses beef leg and kıvırcık lamb breast and cooks the döner over oak wood, which creates a flavour you will not find anywhere else. You can make a delicious start with içli köfte before the döner, then close things sweetly with sütlaç. Thanks to my brother Emre Özkarakaşlı for the recommendation.
