The Dürümcü Emmi of old has come back, after a long absence, as Dönerci Emmi. The döner is good too, but the real star of the menu is still the beyran. Before or after every trip I call in for a bowl, almost as a shot of something restorative. Made with shin meat and heavy on the garlic, their beyran can hold its own against the ones you eat in Antep.
