Although I have tried plenty of places in İstanbul in search of a good milföy, finding what I was after was not easy. Not until I went to Dilim Pastanesi on Aylin Öney Tan's recommendation. Both for its freshness and for the delicious cream inside, it was one of the best I have eaten to date.
