Deraliye is one of the rare representatives of Ottoman cuisine, and on its menu you can see flavours you will not find everywhere. The gemici böreği is a good example of that. In general the sweet-savoury balance across the menu has been struck very well. The sour cherry added to the tarhana soup in particular is an original and enjoyable touch.
