When it comes to kebab there are plenty of places in İstanbul, but the ones as good as Dedecan Ocakbaşı do not go beyond the fingers of one hand. I have been happily eating the kebab called siverek, which brings together the Urfa, tomato and aubergine kebabs, for years. The lahmacun is also one of those things you really have to try.
