I finally visited Çok Çok Thai, which had been on my list for a long time, and to be honest it was an experience beyond my expectations. I can comfortably say that I tasted some of the finest Thai food I have eaten in Türkiye here. Khun Nuch has been at the head of the kitchen for around 20 years. She is an experienced chef who has in the past cooked for the Thai Royal Family. Both the balance of spice and the presentations were very accomplished. The freshness of the ingredients used and the balanced structure of the flavours in particular take the experience up a level. Thanks to Bekir Kaya for bringing such a thing of value to İstanbul.
