Co Label is one of the first addresses that comes to mind when you say matcha in Bursa. Alongside the classic recipes, it stands out for its own original ones too. The quality of the matcha and the care taken in preparing it make themselves felt from the first sip. My favourite was Peach Bloom, which brings salted maple syrup together with peach. The balance of sweet and salty aromas offers a different experience without smothering the character of the matcha. This place has one of the widest matcha menus I have seen to date. Because there are so many different recipes, it is possible to try a new one on every visit. They also sell matcha sets and equipment for anyone who wants to make it at home.
