Çinili Taş Fırın is one of Kadıköy’s best-loved addresses. Here I discovered one of the finest lahmacun I have eaten in İstanbul. The Antep-style lahmacun stands out for its thin, crisp dough, its generously filled topping and its balanced use of spice. As someone who has tried plenty of the lahmacun places in the area, I find this one a success both for its flavour and for the care it takes over hygiene.
