Çilingir Sofrası turned out to be one of my surprise discoveries of 2025. I often walk past this place, and it seems I had not noticed it was full of hidden gems. First of all I was delighted that they serve kale biberi, which is particular to Denizli; for anyone who likes heat it is a real pleasure of a meze. You feel the difference clearly not only in their mezes but in their meat too. The balance of tail fat, and the way the kebab falls apart at the touch of a fork, make this one of the best Adana kebap stops in the city.
