Çiçek Izgara, one of my favourite köfte places in Bursa, has carried on serving and keeping the same flavour since my childhood. They trust the meat they use so much that they prepare their köfte without even using spices. When this köfte meets the salça and the buttered pide, the result is a wonderful flavour.
