Belgium is one of the first countries that comes to mind when you say mussels. Turned to especially in the winter months when fish is scarce, and steamed in big pots with wine or various sauces in many homes, mussels are now a favourite with tourists too. One of the places you can try this singular flavour is Chez Leon. They tend to be taken with fries, but bread also goes very well with this dish.
