Chaika, which carries the signature of gastronomy writer and tea sommelier Ebru Erke, takes tea shoots hand-picked in Rize, processes them by China’s traditional methods and serves them with original aromas, and in doing so it has made me forget every iced tea I have drunk until now. The peach iced tea in particular is a pleasure both alongside a meal and on its own.
