Casa Portuguesa is the place I would recommend for a genuine Portuguese experience, where you can try the country’s best-known flavours. It is known above all for its pastel de bacalhau, with cheese and without. Pastel de bacalhau is a croquette made with potato and cod. A glass of port goes very well beside it. Being able to keep the glass carrying the date of your visit is a nice touch.
