Boris'in Yeri is somewhere my father used to go as a child, and after he took me there when I was small the taste stayed with me; it is a place where you can make a happy start to the day. I have never found bal kaymak anywhere else quite like the one I ate here. It goes especially well with hot milk and bread alongside.
