Bizim Kanatçı is one of those places where you can have a lunchtime rakı facing the Bosphorus, and it serves the tastiest chicken wings in the city. The yağlı ekmek in particular takes the meal to another level. My thanks to my brother Emre Özkarakaşlı for the recommendation.
