Bizim Balıkçı Fahri Baba has been going for more than fifty years and is one of the finest fish restaurants in Bursa. Do not be put off by the fact that it sits inside an industrial estate; its cooking draws customers from every part of the city. The dressing they use on their salads is very good. The fish soup, too, is among the best I have had to date.
