Orkun Bulut's recommendation is what took me to Birdman, and it has become one of my favourite places to eat in Athens. I would say they are seriously ambitious when it comes to the grill. The taste of the wagyu I ate here will stay with me for a long time. I would recommend it with my eyes closed to anyone who loves Japanese cooking.
