Ben's Cookies, which opened its first shop in London, is my favourite cookie place. It manages to deliver the same flavour and to make me happy on every visit. If there is a shop in the city I happen to be in, I will always go out of my way to stop by. At every time of year I keep a few in the freezer at home for emergencies... In Riyadh I had the chance to see up close how these cookies I have enjoyed for years are made.
