Beefbar is a meat restaurant chain that opened its first branch in Monte Carlo and has since spread to the world's major cities. Whichever branch you find yourself in, I am sure you will get your fill of good meat. This one offers an experience full of pleasure thanks to its singular atmosphere. The wagyu particular to the Kagoshima region has a rich structure that dissolves in the mouth like cotton wool. My thanks to Yiannis Babalis for this feast of flavour.
