Beefbar is a meat restaurant chain that opened its first branch in Monte Carlo and has since spread to the world's major cities. Whichever branch you find yourself in, I am sure you will get your fill of good meat. On this visit I tried the meat tasting menu called Meat Degustation. The wagyu raised in the Hokkaido region, one of Japan's volcanic islands, was the star of the menu.
