Bedri Usta is one of the first places that comes to mind when I think of kebap on the Anadolu Yakası. The Kalamış branch, with its atmosphere, takes the experience to another level. The mezes here are too many to count; I can comfortably say that the best köpoğlu I have eaten is the one here. The garlic is judged perfectly. The original plate called Bedri Usta Special is a cold fillet steak meze. Although I liked their minced meat kebaps very much as a main course, my favourite is the Bedri Usta şiş. It is very well marinated and cooked to the softness of lokum.
