Bakırkazan brings a new interpretation to lokum, one of the traditional sweets we all grew up with, making it in a long, slender form they call Behlül. You can find sugared almonds and pistachio sweets here as well, but my favourite turned out to be the fruit lokum. Thank you to Müge Akgün for the recommendation.
