One of my favourite burger places, B.A.D (Basic and Delicious) sets its sights high when it comes to smash burgers. I visited both of their İstanbul branches and it made me happy to have exactly the same experience in each. Running into Onur Ziya Demir at the Beyoğlu branch and getting a recommendation from him made for a lovely memory.
