Seeing the Galleria Mall branch of Bacha Coffee, one of the icons of Marrakech, made me very happy indeed. This place is a paradise for coffee lovers in the fullest sense. They have a very wide selection of coffees to suit any hour of the day. You can also go through all the coffee profiles in detail on their website. My own favourite is the Seville Orange, while on days when I want something plainer and more balanced in aroma I drink the Mount Kenya. Serving the coffees with whipped cream and vanilla alongside is a very elegant detail that rounds off the experience.
