Aslanboğa Kokoreç is one of the best kokoreç places I have been to, and my favourite there was the kokoreç wrapped in caul fat (Kocco). Erdal Aslanboğa is seriously ambitious about putting his name to original recipes with kokoreç. I cannot wait to try the other things on the menu. Eating here is a pleasure of its own, but Aslanboğa also sends its products out frozen to anywhere in Türkiye. That way the experience carries on at home from where it left off.
