We ate one of the most enjoyable dinners of 2023 at Arkestra and the flavours are still with us. We began beautifully with bread made from potato and burnt butter, and closed unforgettably with a profiterole with truffle and ice cream. Picking the best of the plates in between is quite hard, but I think the best katsu sando in İstanbul is here. After your meal you can move up to the floor above and carry on enjoying yourselves.
