I came across Arcadium Kebapçı by chance and had an experience far beyond what I expected. There is nothing to fault about the service; the team is quick and thoroughly professional. They serve flavours you will not find everywhere in İstanbul. The meze called Fettah, bringing together yoghurt, labneh and orange juice, was genuinely original and very good. The Halep lahmacunu with pomegranate molasses and walnuts was another of my favourites at the table. And to finish on something sweet, I would strongly suggest the sütlaç baked in the stone oven.
