Apartıman is one of those addresses in İstanbul you should not miss if you want to try Turkish cuisine as reinterpreted with modern touches by chef Burçak Kazdal. I enjoyed every plate I tried, but the Apartıman dessert at the close was on another level entirely. The Jersey milk and earl grey ice cream worked beautifully with the moist cake.
