Antre Gourmet, which lays out the cheese wealth of Anatolia with real care, is one of the stops I cannot skip on any visit to Beyoğlu. You can taste your way through and choose the cheese that best suits your palate. Their own products turn up on the shelves at Macro Center too, but I would suggest visiting the shops themselves to see the full range and get the whole experience. The elegance of Berrin Bal Onur and Neşe Aksoy Biber, their effort and their love for this work, can be felt in every detail. A toastie made with artizan keçi sepet peyniri and sourdough bread tastes like something else entirely.
