Holding on to flavour and quality while opening branches is hard, but Antep Kuzu Lahmacun has managed it very well. I was delighted to find the same taste I know from İstanbul here as well. The menu is short and to the point. The secret behind their flavour is that they use nothing but Balıkesir lamb mince.
