3 Monkey makes its own buns, patties and sauces, and you can taste the difference clearly. Unless you say otherwise the burgers come medium, exactly as they should. On the truffle burger I liked that they add sliced truffle on top of the mayo. Serving the burgers with fries was another detail I had been missing. The crispy chicken pieces marinated in their house sauce were far better than I expected, crisp outside and still properly juicy inside.
