I am not much of a food delivery person, but 1991 Tarihi Ortaköy Kumpircisi is one of my exceptions. To be honest I have never actually been to the shop itself… but the parcels they send out genuinely impressed me, both for the quality of the ingredients and for the portions. My usual order, if you are asking: pickles, corn, kısır, red pepper and pickled beetroot. Being able to double the butter or the cheese is another nice touch. The original sauce from Friends of Orka goes very well alongside it.
